Concrete super-lubricant and water reducer with neutral carboxylate base

Description:

Super-lubricant/water reducer refers to a substance that significantly reduces the amount of water in the mixture without changing the flow, or increases the slump or fluid flow without changing the amount of water, or both effects. Creates simultaneously. Neutral super-lubricant for concrete based on polycarboxylate ether, which is suitable for concrete with a high water-cement ratio of 40% in moderate weather. The above-mentioned additive makes the final concrete uniform with its high spreadability of cement. This additive complies with ASTM C494 and ISIRI2930 and ASTM C1017 standards.

When we want to make concrete, we add the calculated amount of additive to the concrete along with water and continue mixing for 3 to 5 minutes. This material can be added to batching or to ready concrete in the mixer during concrete making. Be careful not to add additives to the dry ingredients.

Consumption range:

This product is between 0.2 and 0.4 percent per kilogram of cement materials, including Portland cement (PC), fly ash (PFA), slag cement (GGBFS) and microsilica. The optimal amount of this product is determined by trial and error and testing. Workshops are determined.
